Rossweisse

Rossweisse is one of the prominent female characters in High School DxD.

She is a former Valkyrie from Norse mythology and served as the personal bodyguard to the god Odin. After being left behind in Japan (following events involving Loki), she becomes a reincarnated Devil and joins Rias Gremory's peerage as her second Rook (later becoming Issei Hyoudou's Rook and one of his fiancées in the story's progression).

She works as the Civics teacher and homeroom teacher for Class 3-B at Kuoh Academy, often appearing professional in a business suit.

Appearance: She is depicted as a beautiful young woman who looks to be in her late teens, with long straight silver hair, aqua-colored eyes, and a tall, voluptuous figure (standing about 173 cm / 5'8"). In battle, she wears her signature Valkyrie armor.

Personality: Rossweisse is serious, diligent, and highly professional, prioritizing work, studying, and responsibility. She's a genius in Norse magic (specializing in various elemental spells). However, she's very sensitive and bitter about never having had a boyfriend (often teased as the "Valkyrie who never had a boyfriend"), gets embarrassed or angry when it's brought up, and has quirky habits like excitedly hunting for bargains and cheap sales (earning her the nickname "100-Yen Shop Valkyrie" from Issei). She's also a lightweight when it comes to alcohol, becoming very uninhibited when drunk.

Overall, she combines a stern teacher/valkyrie warrior vibe with relatable insecurities and comedic traits.
