Tomoe Meguri

Tomoe Meguri (also known as Meguri Tomoe in Japanese name order) is a supporting character in High School DxD.

She is a third-year student at Kuoh Academy (Class 3-C), serving as the secretary of the Student Council under Sona Sitri. As one of Sona's Knights (reincarnated as a middle-class Devil using an Evil Piece), she wields swordsmanship skills and typically fights with a katana or similar weapons.

Tomoe is described as a hyperactive, cheerful, and energetic girl who is very loyal to her master (Sona) and friends, often showing strong concern when they are in danger. She comes from the Meguri clan (a family historically involved in exterminating devils), but was reincarnated as a devil to break a curse that affected her.

She appears mainly in the light novels (more prominently than in the anime adaptation) and is part of the broader DxD team in later story arcs.
