Elsha

Elsha is a character from High School DxD (appearing mainly in the light novels and the High School DxD HERO anime season).

She is one of the previous wielders of the Boosted Gear Sacred Gear (the one currently held by the protagonist Issei Hyoudou), making her a former Red Dragon Emperor (Sekiryuutei).

She is regarded as the strongest female Red Dragon Emperor in history and the second strongest overall among all past wielders (after Belzard).

Elsha is a beautiful woman with long wavy blonde hair and light green eyes. She has a friendly, pleasant, wise, and supportive personality — she interacts politely with Issei and Ddraig, offers guidance, and even shows a playful/mischievous side (like enjoying Issei's "Oppai Dragon" antics).

She appears in visions/dream sequences to help and encourage Issei during key moments.
