Wizard Boy

Wizard Boy (also called the Red-Haired Wizard Boy) is a supporting character in the Goblin Slayer anime/light novel series, prominently featured in Season 2 (adapting Volume 6 material).

He's a young, inexperienced adventurer and novice wizard driven by revenge: his older sister (simply known as Wizard, a talented mage) was killed by goblins during a quest. This tragedy, along with mockery from his peers at the magic academy, led him to quit his studies, head to the frontier, and become an adventurer specifically to hunt goblins.

Appearance-wise, he has red hair, green eyes, and wears glasses (similar to his sister), along with a green tunic, blue pants, and a basic magical staff (missing the jewel that would mark a graduate).

Personality: He's hot-headed, arrogant, dismissive of others' experience (including initially looking down on Goblin Slayer for "only" killing goblins), and prone to reckless decisions due to his inexperience and overconfidence in magic. Over time, he begins to learn harsh lessons about goblin threats and adventuring reality.
