Alicia

Alicia is a key character in the anime Full Dive: This Ultimate Next-Gen Full Dive RPG Is Even Shittier than Real Life! (also known as Kiwame Quest in the game world).

She starts as Hiro's (the protagonist's) sweet, quiet childhood friend NPC in the game, with medium-long blond hair. She has an older brother named Martin and harbors romantic feelings toward Hiro. Initially caring and concerned (like when she worries about his plans to leave their starting town), her personality dramatically shifts after a tragic incident involving her brother's death — which Hiro accidentally causes early on.

This event turns her into a vengeful, violent pursuer (often described with yandere traits and nicknamed things like "The Fruit Slicer from Hell"), relentlessly chasing Hiro with murderous intent due to the trauma and grief. She becomes one of the most dangerous and memorable antagonists in the story's chaotic, "kusoge" (terribly shitty game) setting.
