Oyakata

Kagaya Ubuyashiki (commonly referred to as Oyakata-sama by the Demon Slayer Corps) is the 97th leader of the Demon Slayer Corps in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

He is a calm, gentle, soft-spoken man who always carries a serene smile despite suffering from a progressive, hereditary curse that severely disfigures his face and body and is slowly killing him. His wife Amane and his young children are almost always by his side to assist him due to his worsening condition.

Oyakata is deeply respected and loved by virtually every Demon Slayer and Hashira, who view him as both a father figure and a spiritual leader. He possesses an extraordinary charisma and insight, often able to read people's emotions and motivations with great accuracy. He speaks in a soothing, melodic voice and his words carry immense weight within the organization.

Despite his frail physical state, he is the strategic and emotional heart of the Corps, making critical decisions and maintaining unity among the Hashira.
