Goro

Goro (ゴロー) is one of the main supporting characters in Darling in the FranXX.

He is Squad 13's polite, calm, and highly dependable second-in-command / vice-leader figure. Goro is the official partner of Ichigo, piloting the FranXX Delphinium together with her as the pistil-stamen pair.

Key traits:

• Very level-headed and observant
• Acts as the rational counterbalance to Ichigo's more emotional leadership style
• Deeply loyal and caring, especially toward Ichigo (he harbors romantic feelings for her)
• Wears glasses and has short dark-green hair
• Generally kind and supportive toward the rest of the squad, often serving as the group's mediator

He's widely considered one of the most emotionally mature and "normal" members of Squad 13 in the chaotic and dramatic world of Darling in the FranXX.
