Hiyori Shiina

Hiyori Shiina is a student in Class 1-C (later advancing with her class) at the Advanced Nurturing High School in the Classroom of the Elite anime (primarily appearing starting from Season 2).

In the anime adaptation, she's portrayed as a quiet, reserved, and somewhat introverted girl who sees herself as a loner compared to her more aggressive and group-oriented classmates in Ryūen's class. She has a gentle, pacifist nature, disliking conflict and hoping for a world where everyone gets along peacefully.

Her standout trait is being a passionate book lover (especially literature), often spending her free time in the school library reading. She lights up and becomes more expressive—smiling and engaging—when she finds someone who shares her interest in books, as seen in her interactions with Kiyotaka Ayanokōji.

Physically (in the anime style), she has long silver hair tied back with black ribbons and light purple/violet eyes, giving her a calm and ethereal appearance.
