Power

Power is one of the most popular and recognizable characters from Chainsaw Man.

She is a Blood Fiend — a devil who has taken over and is inhabiting a human corpse. Physically she appears as a young woman with long blonde hair (usually shown in a messy ponytail with two distinctive horns protruding from her head), sharp red-and-yellow eyes, and a very brash, arrogant demeanor.

Personality-wise, Power is extremely self-centered, loud, prideful, and childish. She constantly boasts about her own strength, refers to herself in the third person, calls humans "pathetic" or "weaklings," loves violence, and has almost no sense of shame or morality. Despite her claims of superiority, she's actually quite cowardly when truly outmatched and tends to panic dramatically.

Her main ability is blood manipulation: she can control her own blood (and to a lesser extent other people's blood) to create weapons (hammers, spears, swords), shoot pressurized blood blasts, and even regenerate from severe injuries by consuming blood.

She's initially partnered with Denji under Public Safety Devil Hunters, and their constantly bickering, dysfunctional roommate dynamic is one of the most entertaining parts of the early story.

In short: chaotic, blood-obsessed, horned devil with a massive ego and zero filter.
