Moe Shishigawara

Moe Shishigawara is a minor character in the Bleach manga/anime, appearing mainly during the Fake Karakura Town arc and the Lost Agent arc.

He's a delinquent high-school student and the loyal right-hand man / underling of Tsukishima (the leader of the Fullbringers). Moe has spiky blonde hair, wears a gakuran (traditional Japanese school uniform), and typically has a tough, cocky attitude — though he's noticeably more hot-headed and less composed than his boss.

His Fullbring ability is called Jackpot Knuckle. It allows him to dramatically increase his punching power the more times he says "Jackpot!" (or thinks it), with the power supposedly multiplying exponentially with each chant. In practice, though, he never gets to demonstrate its full potential because he's quickly taken out in his only real fight.

He's mostly remembered for:

• His over-the-top delinquent personality
• His extreme loyalty/devotion to Tsukishima
• The ironic contrast between his big talk and how fast he gets defeated

In short: loud, brash, loyal sidekick delinquent with a gambling-themed power-up punch ability.
