Kūgo Ginjō

Kūgo Ginjō (also written as Kugo Ginjo) is a key character in Bleach, serving as the leader of Xcution, a group of Fullbringers (humans with special powers derived from Hollow residue).

He is notable as the first Substitute Shinigami (before Ichigo Kurosaki), having previously worked with Soul Society but later becoming disillusioned and antagonistic.

Appearance: He is a tall, lean-built man with fair skin, brown eyes, and shoulder-length black hair combed back.

Personality: Ginjō is typically calm, cool-headed, and manipulative, presenting a charismatic front while hiding a more ruthless, arrogant, and sadistic side. He plays a central antagonistic role in the Lost Agent arc (Fullbring arc), where his true motives and betrayal come to light.
