Seishu Inui

Seishu Inui (also known as Inupi) is a character in the Tokyo Revengers anime, prominently featured starting in the Black Dragon/Christmas Showdown arc and continuing in later seasons.

In the anime adaptation, he appears as a slim, above-average height young man with pale skin, distinctive sunflower blonde hair (middle-parted with an undercut), and dark emerald eyes. A prominent feature is the large burn scar covering much of the left side of his face and eye, from a childhood fire. He often wears the Black Dragon uniform paired with high heels, a nod to classic delinquent style, which makes him look even taller. His overall vibe is cool, composed, and somewhat intimidating.

Personality-wise, Inui is typically stoic, quiet, and reserved, maintaining a neutral or expressionless face most of the time. He's blunt and direct when speaking his mind, even if it comes across harshly or risks consequences. Despite his cold exterior, he's deeply loyal—especially to his close friend Kokonoi—and shows strong commitment to the gangs he's part of (initially as the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain). He can open up and reveal a more vulnerable side to those he truly trusts.
