Chiyome

Chiyome (real name Mia) is one of the main supporting female characters in Skeleton Knight in Another World (Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu).

She is a young-looking beast girl (kemonomimi type) and a highly skilled kunoichi (female ninja) from the Jinshin Clan, one of the elite "Six Ninjas" of her people. Her codename "Chiyome" is inspired by the historical Japanese kunoichi Mochizuki Chiyome.

Chiyome is serious, dedicated, cool-headed, and hardworking, with exceptional speed, combat skills, and proficiency in water-based ninjutsu. Her driving motivation is to locate and liberate enslaved beastmen (her fellow people) who have been captured and oppressed by humans, stemming from her own tragic past as an orphan whose parents suffered due to human enslavement.

She becomes an ally to the protagonists Arc and Ariane, assisting them in anti-slavery efforts and joining their adventures.
