Looker

Looker (known as "Handsome" in the Japanese version) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime, serving as a member of the International Police (often referred to as Interpol). He is a globe-trotting detective who investigates criminal organizations and villainous teams.

In his anime appearances, Looker is portrayed as a dedicated but somewhat eccentric and overly dramatic agent. He tends to speak in a formal, exaggerated manner, often introducing himself dramatically with lines like revealing only his codename "Looker." He has a strong sense of justice and frequently assists Ash and his friends in their encounters with threats like Team Rocket or other groups, sometimes in disguise to gather information.

Physically, he is depicted as a middle-aged man with dark (black) hair, brown eyes, an inquisitive expression, and noticeable lines/wrinkles around his mouth. His signature outfit includes a long investigator's coat over a lighter brown vest, white shirt with a pink tie, brown suit pants, and black shoes—giving him a classic detective look.

He first appeared in the Diamond & Pearl series (Sinnoh region), aiding against Team Galactic-related issues, and later showed up in episodes during the Best Wishes/Unova series, where he continued his investigative work and crossed paths with Ash again. His personality comes across as earnest, a bit clumsy or comedic at times, but ultimately reliable and helpful.
