Yuji Itadori

Yuji Itadori is the main protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen.

He's a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, characterized by:

• Exceptional physical strength, speed, and athleticism (even before becoming a sorcerer)
• A very kind-hearted, selfless, and empathetic personality
• Strong sense of justice and a desire to help and save people
• A straightforward, honest, and somewhat naive way of thinking
• Remarkable emotional resilience and determination

His most defining trait is becoming the vessel for Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses, after eating one of Sukuna's cursed fingers to save his friends. This makes him both extremely powerful and constantly in danger, as he carries one of the most dangerous beings in existence inside his body.

Yuji is generally portrayed as cheerful, friendly, and surprisingly mature when it comes to facing death and difficult moral choices, despite still being a teenager.
