Regina Babylon

Regina Babylon (also known as Professor Babylon or Doctor Babylon) is a brilliant genius scientist, sorceress, and magitechnician from the ancient Partheno Sacred Empire, living about 5,000 years before the main story in In Another World With My Smartphone.

She is the creator of the floating islands known as Babylon, the Babylon gynoids (the "Babylon Sisters" who manage them), and the powerful anti-Phrase combat robots called Frame Gears.

Originally human, she transferred her consciousness/brain into an advanced android body (appearing as a young girl with long golden hair), allowing her to survive across millennia. She communicates mainly through holograms and guides the protagonist Touya Mochizuki in collecting the scattered Babylon structures to prepare against future threats.

She's portrayed as highly intelligent, eccentric, a bit sloppy and playful in personality, with affinities for all magical elements (like Touya), and she takes great interest in modern Earth technology from his smartphone, even replicating some of it.
