Fanis Laminitus

Fanis Laminitus (also spelled Fanis Lamnites or similar variations) is a supporting character in How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord (Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu), particularly prominent in the second season (Ω).

She serves as the feudal lord/governor of the desert city surrounding Zircon Tower, a strong and capable military leader who rules her territory effectively. She's known for her skill as a Magi-Gunner (a magical marksman class from the in-game world of Cross Reverie), wielding magic-based guns as her primary weapons.

In the story, she interacts with the protagonist Diablo (Takuma Sakamoto in his Demon Lord persona), showing interest in his power and even attempting to seduce him at one point, though his social anxiety gets in the way of anything progressing.

She's depicted as a confident, attractive woman with long red hair, purple eyes, and a bold personality, often clashing with or distrusting religious figures like the church while prioritizing her city's defense and interests.
