Xuelan

Xuelan is a minor character in High School DxD. She is one of Riser Phenex's Rooks in his peerage (a reincarnated devil serving under him).

She is depicted as a well-endowed young woman of Chinese descent, with shoulder-length black hair styled in two Chinese buns, blue-green eyes, and typically wears a cheongsam. Xuelan specializes in Chinese kung fu and can channel flames through her hands and legs in combat.

Personality-wise, she is extremely loyal to Riser, obediently following his orders like the rest of his peerage, with little personal backstory explored in the series. She appears mainly during the Rating Game arc involving Riser vs. Rias.
