Vali Lucifer

Vali Lucifer is one of the key characters in High School DxD. He is the descendant of the original Lucifer (one of the original Four Great Satans) through his bloodline, making him a half-devil/half-human hybrid with immense demonic power.

He wields the Longinus Sacred Gear Divine Dividing, which houses the Vanishing Dragon Albion — the arch-rival to Ddraig (the Red Dragon Emperor inside Issei Hyoudou's Boosted Gear). This makes Vali the direct rival and counterpart to Issei, often called the White Dragon Emperor.

Vali starts as a cold, arrogant, overconfident, and ruthless fighter who seeks strong opponents and initially joins the Khaos Brigade under its more chaotic factions. Over time, he shows a calmer, more noble side and cares deeply for his comrades. He leads the Vali Team (later aligning with Team DxD).

In appearance, he's typically described as a handsome young man with silver hair and striking eyes, often sporting a cool, edgy style. He's one of the series' most powerful and skilled combatants.
