Ravel Phenex

Ravel Phenex is one of the main female characters in High School DxD. She is a pure-blooded high-class Devil from the prestigious Phenex clan (known for its Phoenix-themed powers like fire manipulation, wind control, and regeneration/immortality).

She is the youngest child and only daughter of Lord and Lady Phenex, as well as the younger sister of Riser Phenex (and other older brothers). Initially, she served as a Bishop in her brother Riser's peerage and appeared arrogant, spoiled, and snobbish. After Riser's defeat by Issei Hyoudou, she eventually joins Issei's peerage as his Bishop (and later takes on more independent roles).

Ravel is typically depicted as a beautiful young girl with long blonde hair in distinctive twintail drills tied with blue ribbons, dark blue eyes, and a petite stature (around 153 cm / 5'0"). Over time, her personality evolves to show her as intelligent, well-mannered, elegant, loyal, and tsundere-like—especially toward Issei, for whom she develops strong feelings and often acts as a strategist and supporter in his group.
