Mira

Mira is a minor character in the anime High School DxD. She is one of Riser Phenex's Pawn pieces in his peerage (a group of reincarnated devils serving him).

She appears as a young girl with blue hair styled in six short ponytails (often described with unique arrangements like four pointing in certain directions), light brown eyes, and wears a distinctive outfit including a white haori under a red happi coat, red obi, bandages on her arms and legs, and traditional zori sandals.

She's considered the weakest member of Riser's team and has a limited role, mostly appearing during the Rating Game arc in Season 1 (and briefly referenced elsewhere). No major unique powers are heavily highlighted for her in the main story beyond standard pawn abilities and her loyalty to Riser.
