Liban Crocell

Liban Crocell is a male Devil character in High School DxD. He serves as the Knight in Sairaorg Bael's peerage.

He hails from the extinct House of Crocell (one of the former 72 Pillars noble families, originally ranked as Duke). Due to his mixed heritage (Devil with human blood), he faced discrimination from pure-blooded Devils until Sairaorg took him in.

Liban is a skilled swordsman and mage. His key ability comes from his Sacred Gear, Gravity Jail, which lets him manipulate gravity (primarily by increasing it) in areas he focuses on or looks at, often to immobilize or crush opponents. He also shows proficiency with ice-based magic in combat.

He appears notably during the Rating Game between Team Gremory and Team Bael (in Volume 10 / Season 4 of the anime), where he fights alongside teammate Gandoma Balam against Rossweisse and Koneko. He has minor roles in later arcs as part of Sairaorg's group.
