Gasper Vladi

Gasper Vladi is a supporting character in High School DxD. He is a reincarnated Devil serving as Rias Gremory's first Bishop in her peerage.

Originally a Dhampir (half-human, half-vampire), he was turned into a full Devil by Rias. He possesses a powerful Sacred Gear called Forbidden Balor View (later evolving into the Longinus Aeon Balor), which lets him stop time for those he looks at with his eyes, though he initially struggles to control it.

Gasper has an effeminate, androgynous appearance with platinum blond hair, pinkish-violet eyes, and often wears the girls' Kuoh Academy uniform (including thigh-high socks). He's known for cross-dressing, as he finds girls' clothes cute.

Personality-wise, he starts off extremely shy, timid, and hikikomori-like (a shut-in who hides in a box a lot and avoids social interaction due to his uncontrollable powers and past trauma). Over the course of the series, he grows more confident and brave thanks to training and support from Issei and the others. He's loyal to his friends and part of the Occult Research Club.
