About Remia

Remia is a supporting character in Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest. She is the devoted mother of Myu, a young Dagon (merfolk/demihuman) girl whom Hajime Nagumo rescues from slavers.

Remia is a beautiful woman in her mid-20s with long emerald-green hair, deep blue eyes, fan-like fin ears, and webbed hands/feet typical of her Dagon race. She often wears an elegant linen dress with orange and light-blue accents.

She is kind, strong-willed, perceptive, and fiercely protective of her daughter—willing to risk her life for Myu and those who help her. As a widow (Myu's father passed away earlier), she boldly flirts with Hajime (calling him "darling" at times) to support Myu's attachment to him as a father figure, though her feelings become genuine over time. She eventually becomes one of Hajime's wives and joins him in Japan after the story's events.

She's notable among Hajime's companions as the only one who can't use magic and the only one previously married/with a child.
