Tetta Kisaki

Tetta Kisaki is one of the main antagonists in the anime Tokyo Revengers.

Appearance: A slim, average-height teenage boy with neat blonde hair, sharp grey eyes, and round glasses. He almost always wears the standard Toman uniform and has a very calm, composed demeanor that makes him look harmless at first glance.

Personality & Role: Kisaki is an extremely intelligent, cunning, and ruthless strategist. Despite not being a strong fighter, he manipulates events and people from the shadows to achieve his goals. His primary obsession is Hinata Tachibana (Takemichi’s girlfriend), and he will do absolutely anything—including murder, betrayal, and orchestrating gang wars—to make her his and to rise to the top of the delinquent world. He repeatedly joins and influences Toman (and later other gangs) by exploiting weaknesses in leadership and planting ideas that lead to tragedy.

In the anime timeline, he is the mastermind behind many of the worst outcomes Takemichi keeps leaping back in time to prevent. Kisaki is cold, calculating, and views most people as pawns; he rarely shows genuine emotion except subtle smug satisfaction when his plans succeed.

He’s essentially the “brain” villain to contrast the series’ usual “brawn”-focused delinquent fights, and Takemichi identifies him as the key figure who must be stopped to save everyone.
