Eclair Seaetto

Eclair Seaetto is a supporting character in the anime adaptation of The Rising of the Shield Hero, appearing primarily from Season 2 onward.

She is a skilled knight of Melromarc, the daughter of Lord Seaetto (a former governor), and serves as a loyal subordinate to the Queen (often acting as her right-hand guard). Eclair is one of the few people in the kingdom who does not discriminate against demi-humans, showing a strong sense of justice and noble ideals.

In the story, she is recruited by Naofumi to serve as a swordsmanship instructor for his party (including Raphtalia and others) in preparation for upcoming threats like the Waves. She demonstrates impressive pure sword skill, notably challenging and pressuring Ren (the Sword Hero) in a duel using technique alone, though he ultimately breaks the rules to win. Her personality is straightforward, diligent, and principled, though her beliefs are sometimes tested by the harsh realities around her.

She has waist-length strawberry-blonde hair and blue eyes.
