Wayne Delvin

Wayne Delvin (also romanized as Vianney Delvin or similar variations) is a minor noble character from the Overlord series, specifically appearing in the later parts of the story (adapted in Overlord IV anime, episode 8, and light novel volume 14).

He is a baron from the Re-Estize Kingdom and a member of the New Faction (a group of upstart nobles). Wayne is described as a short, delicate-looking man with a frail constitution, which makes him appear less imposing or prestigious than typical nobility despite his rank and fine clothing. He inherited his position after major events like the Massacre at Katze Plains, and his territory is noted as being stably managed.

Personality-wise, he's introverted, dislikes socializing, and lacks refined aristocratic etiquette or class in social settings. He forms a close alliance with fellow barons Philip Dayton L'Eyre Montserrat and Igor Rokerlen (neighbors and fellow lower-born nobles), and together they scheme around grain prices and politics—most notably getting involved in a plot to intercept Sorcerer Kingdom supplies, which ultimately backfires catastrophically for them.

His role highlights the incompetence and scheming of some Re-Estize nobles as the kingdom faces its downfall.
