Succulent

Succulent is a minor antagonist in the Overlord anime (primarily appearing in Season 2).

He is a member of Six Arms, the combat/security branch of the criminal syndicate Eight Fingers in the Re-Estize Kingdom.

Succulent is an illusionist-fencer hybrid who uses deception magic (including disguises and tricky illusions in combat) combined with sword skills. He's known as "Phantom Devil" in some contexts.

In the story, he gets involved in confrontations with characters like Climb and Brain Unglaus during events tied to Sebas Tian and the rescue of Tuare.

He's a relatively mid-tier fighter by New World standards (stronger than average humans but far below Nazarick's level), serious and professional about his criminal work, with a pale, scarred, predatory appearance.
