Shasuryu Shasha

Shasuryu Shasha is a supporting character in the anime Overlord (particularly prominent in Season 2 during the Lizardmen arc).

He is the chieftain of the Green Claw Tribe and serves as the overall leader of the Lizardman tribes. As the older brother of the more well-known Zaryusu Shasha, Shasuryu is a massive, imposing lizardman warrior with dark green and charcoal black scales, marked by a prominent long white scar. He earned his position by winning the tribal chief competition twice in a row, allowing him to hold power without further challenges.

Personality-wise, he's practical, pragmatic, and surprisingly playful for a leader in such harsh circumstances. While he respects his ancestors' traditions, he's open-minded and willing to adapt for his people's survival—such as uniting the tribes against external threats like the forces from Nazarick. He survives the conflict with Cocytus and continues to play a role in the lizardmen's affairs under Ainz's rule.
