Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix is the Emperor of the Baharuth Empire in the Overlord series.

He is commonly known as the "Bloody Emperor" due to the ruthless and efficient way he purged the old nobility, consolidated absolute power, and reformed the empire into a highly centralized, merit-based state shortly after taking the throne.
