Gringham

Gringham is a minor character in the anime Overlord (appearing in Season 3). He is the leader of the worker group called Heavy Masher, a team of mercenaries/adventurers roughly equivalent to mithril-class strength.

Originally the third son of a farmer in the Re-Estize Kingdom, he left home to seek his own fortune and success after being denied inheritance by his older brothers. He's depicted as a stocky, armored warrior (often wearing heavy armor and helmet, wielding an axe), with a distinctive old-fashioned way of speaking (using archaic pronouns like "thou" and "we" in place of "I").

Gringham and his group are among the workers hired to raid and investigate the mysterious Great Tomb of Nazarick, but he meets a gruesome end inside after triggering traps and encountering the horrors within (including being devoured by giant cockroaches controlled by one of Nazarick's denizens).
