Paul Greyrat

Paul Greyrat is the father of the protagonist Rudeus Greyrat (as well as Norn and Aisha) in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation.

He is a former noble from the prominent Notos Greyrat family in the Asura Kingdom, who ran away from home in his youth due to conflicts with his strict father and noble expectations. Paul became a highly skilled swordsman, achieving advanced mastery in all three major sword styles (Sword God, Water God, and North God styles), and he previously led an S-rank adventurer party called the Fangs of the Black Wolf.

In terms of appearance, he's depicted as a tall, muscular, and handsome middle-aged man with sandy light-brown hair (often in a ponytail), green eyes, and a distinctive mole near his left eye.

Personality-wise, Paul is confident, bold, playful, and somewhat brash — often speaking roughly like a thug despite his noble background. He's notably lustful and womanizing (a trait tied to his family line), though he eventually settles down after marrying Zenith. As a father, he's caring and protective of his family in his own flawed way, but he has clear imperfections, including moments of irresponsibility and poor decisions. Overall, he's a complex, flawed but ultimately devoted family man and capable warrior.
