Saraliya

Saraliya (also spelled Sarariya or Saraliya Tsuleu-Arte Cowen) is a Person of the Earth (NPC) in Log Horizon. She is the wife of Phenel, daughter of Duke Sergiad Cowen of Maihama, and mother to three children: the eldest daughter Risselthea (who eloped), Raynesia (the "princess" of Maihama), and the young son Iselus.

Known as the "Pearl of Eastal," she is a highly talented and politically astute noblewoman who leads Maihama's counterintelligence agency. Her occupation is listed as Spy, with Noble as her sub-occupation. She is around 36 years old and is portrayed as a strict, capable, and somewhat harsh mother with high expectations for her children, especially Raynesia.

She appears more prominently in season 3 of the anime (corresponding to later light novel volumes), where she interacts with Raynesia regarding political matters, engagements, and family duties in the context of Eastal politics and Akiba's developments.
