Celsior

Celsior is a supporting character in How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord (also known as Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu).

He is an elf from the Greenwood Kingdom, specifically a skilled archer with long blonde hair and a slender, feminine appearance (typical of some male elves in the series). Celsior is loyal to the kingdom and follows orders from its leadership, even when he personally disagrees with them morally. He appears in the storyline involving Shera L. Greenwood (one of the main heroines) and plays a role in conflicts related to elven politics and ambushes in the forest areas.

He's a minor character overall, more prominent in the early-to-mid parts of the story (especially around Shera's background and kingdom-related arcs), and is voiced by Tatsuyuki Kobayashi in Japanese (Clay Wheeler in the English dub).
