Riyo Reaper

Riyo Reaper (リヨウ・リーパー, Riyō Rīpā) is a main character in the Gachiakuta anime, voiced by Yumiri Hanamori in Japanese (and Katie Caruso in English dub). She's a teenage member (around 16) of the Cleaners in Team Akuta, a group that fights Trash Beasts in the wasteland below the Sphere.

In the anime's depiction, Riyo has a very skinny, almost skeletal build (emphasizing her "Reaper" theme, like a grim reaper vibe), pale skin, vivid green eyes with long lashes, short cropped eyebrows, and long, messy red hair usually tied into a sideways loop shaped somewhat like scissors. Her outfit features the Cleaners' uniform: an open oversized jacket with the logo, a white short-sleeved crop top underneath with black harnesses, exposing her midriff, plus shorts, leg warmers, and high-heeled boots.

Personality-wise, she's carefree, energetic, outgoing, and chaotic—often teasing or playfully messing with others (like the protagonist Rudo, acting like a big-sister figure while flustering him). She has a childish, laid-back side, slacking off at times, but she's deeply loyal to her team and leader Enjin. As a former hitman/assassin, she has a dark past she's trying to leave behind (Enjin enforces a strict "no killing" rule on her to help with that). In battle, she's ruthless and excited by fights, wielding her Vital Instrument "The Ripper"—a pair of massive scissors she uses with deadly precision to shred enemies.
