Kakeru Ryūen

Kakeru Ryūen is a prominent character in the Classroom of the Elite anime, serving as the representative and de facto leader of Class 1-C (later progressing through years).

He is portrayed as an infamous delinquent who rules his class through fear and intimidation rather than loyalty or trust. He surrounds himself with a group of followers who carry out his orders, often using bullying, violence, and manipulation to maintain control and target other classes (especially Class D).

In terms of appearance in the anime, he has shoulder-length magenta/purple hair styled outward on the sides, sharp magenta eyes that give off an intimidating vibe, and a muscular, athletic build. He typically wears the school's standard uniform in a rebellious way — often a red jacket with an unbuttoned black shirt underneath, no tie.

Personality-wise, Ryūen is ruthless, sadistic, arrogant, and highly cunning. He enjoys provoking and causing trouble for others, resorts to underhanded tactics and physical confrontations to achieve his goals, and views most people as beneath him. Despite his thuggish demeanor, he demonstrates sharp strategic intelligence and analytical skills in class competitions and schemes.

He's one of the series' key antagonists, especially in the earlier seasons, where his aggressive approach clashes with more calculated or reserved characters.
